Which international shipping methods do you offer?Updated 4 months ago
Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Orders placed before 20:30 CET will often be processed and dispatched that day. Orders placed after 20:30 CET will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
Shipping methods and transit times
Orders with delivery addresses in Europe are shipped via UPS, Hermes, DPD, DHL, or Correos. For addresses outside of Europe, this selection is even wider. Our warehouse selects the best possible postal company depending on the delivery address. Please find an overview of the transit times below.

- transit times vary per country, depending on the distance from our warehouse in the Netherlands, as well as customs delays
- the price of shipping methods in your cart may vary depending on the country of delivery
- with most postal companies a signature is required upon delivery, so please make sure someone is available to accept the parcel
- Shipping days remain an indication and no rights can be derived from it
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping to delivery addresses in Belgium, Germany, and The Netherlands. For delivery addresses in other countries, the shipping costs vary depending on two things; the country of delivery and the number of products (due to the weight of the parcel). The shipping costs are calculated in the checkout.
If you'd like to have a specific overview of the shipping costs for your order, please place the desired number of products in your cart, go to the checkout, fill in your delivery address and you will see what the costs are.
Delivery times
The delivery times are Mondays to Fridays, usually up to 6 pm local time. On busy days, parcels may also be delivered in the evenings until 9 pm local time. Unfortunately, a Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed with international shipments.
*Our free shipping method cannot be used for orders under € 30. In this case, a minor shipping fee is applied.
